Web Designer with proven hand-coding & css stylesheet skills

MemberClicks is looking for an experienced, Atlanta-based web designer to join our Atlanta headquarters. This team member will be responsible for execution of custom web design packages, customer template development, and site maintenance updates for our clients. This position involves following processes for customer needs analysis and delivery of requirements using MemberClicks solutions. Since the vast majority of customers are located outside of Atlanta, the primary means of communication include telephone and webinar.

How would you know if you’re a fit for this job? 

First, you must have the required skills and training to fill the role:  Ability to hand-code HTML and XHTML using simple editing tools, such as Notepad.MemberClicks does not employ the use of HTML authoring tools, such as Dreamweaver, HomeSite, etc.. Ability to create and modify style sheets by hand – CSS expertise is a must. Ability to write simple JavaScript functions, such as rollover animation, browser detection and event listening. Ability to use Photoshop to create graphics. Familiarity with browser incompatibilities to ensure web pages are cross-browser and cross-platform compatible. At least two years of experience preferred.
