Vice President, Software Engineering

The Vice President, Engineering will collaborate to drive all current and long term product engineering activities throughout the company. He or she will manage all product design concepts, and the processes necessary across product design and development through to release.

Qualified candidates must have the following:

- 15+ years experience working for a large and complex software company with 8+ years at a senior management level. Experience designing and creating complex, experience-based products.
- Experience managing large development teams of at least 50 engineers. Prior experience programming and/or managing in a C++ environment. Java and MySQL experience is a plus.
- Experience taking a company through a significant growth period while maintaining the culture. Adaptable nature and ability to work in an ambiguous environment. Collaborative management style.
- A BS in a technical field is required. MS degree is a plus.
