Position Description:
BuyerZone is seeking a General Manager /Vice President of Marketing to join the BuyerZone executive management team. The scope of responsibility will be to run BuyerZone’s core business and to manage a team of 15-30 reports. This includes search marketing, the company’s largest business unit, which is comprised of both paid and organic search activity and the business analysis function, all customer acquisition and retention communications, general marketing, online and offline advertising, public relations, and brand management. As the leader of this unit, the candidate will play a critical role in developing and executing the strategic plan for the company’s online marketplace to continue its record level of financial growth. The position is responsible for all aspects of this multi-million dollar investment including marketing, strategy, operations, reporting and management of a large, senior staff.BuyerZone’s culture is a major factor in its long-term success.
