Job Requirements: Key deliverables and associated activities include: · You will manage the IP/Telephony infrastructure with Avaya administration tools. · Provide both Installation and configuration of  LAN and WAN devices on the network · Thorough knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and principles within the telephony and VOIP call center environment. · Specifically, must be knowledgeable with IP architecture of the Avaya S87XX · Environment and Communication manager. · You will maintain devices in a network management platform as well as monitor and report network activity. · Participate in a 24 x 7 x 365 on-call support rotation and off-hours maintenance as needed. Qualifications: · Organized, Diligent, Dependable · Positive Upbeat Attitude. · 2 - 4 years Cisco Networking, Avaya phone system experience · Cisco Router Configuration and Troubleshooting. 7200. 3800, 3600, 2600 series. Understanding and working knowledge of IP, subnetting, dynamic routing, (EIGRP preferred) router. · Switch Configuration and Troubleshooting: 6500, 4500, 4000, 3700 series. Understanding and working knowledge of VLANs, trunking (ISL and dot1Q) port configuration, switch upgrades. · Familiarity with structured data and voice cabling. Ability to troubleshoot and patch phones, and computers to local LAN. · VoIP · Cisco 3000 series VPN concentrators, Client VPN · Cisco ACS, TACACS, RADIUS   Sound Exciting?
