Its consumer properties offer a comprehensive destination for the active lifestyle.The Active Network, Inc. is currently seeking a Technical Analyst.As a member of the Support Team the Technical Analyst is responsible for providing customer support, training and implementation services to customers on Active Educate software. The Technical Analysts duties and responsibilities include the following: ·Provide phone support to customer base to ensure smooth operation of the software ·Assist in closing of all open support calls ·Provide Internal Training courses ·Recommends or performs minor remedial actions to correct problems ·Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication ·Consults with and advises clients regarding program setup ·Advises client on alternate methods of solving need or problem, or recommends specific solution ·Conducts training for customer base when required ·Assist in the editing of training materials and manuals This role requires the technical analyst to have significant expertise in the following areas:·All modules of Active Educate software comprising of Tracks, School Books, TRWeb, SBWeb, Tracks Webstore & School Books Webstore. ·All third party software products used with the software. ·All peripheral hardware equipment used with the software. ·Microsoft Windows Operating System Software. (Windows 98, 2000, XP and Vista) Requirements:·High School Diploma/GED; AA/AS Degree preferred ·1 – 2 years of call center, technical support, help desk experience ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Don't let this great opportunity to work with a dynamic and energetic group of individuals pass you by, please apply now!
