Systems Analyst

In this position you will be joining an existing team that is currently in the definition and analysis stage. Activities will include participating in requirements gathering sessions, refining high level functinal specs, validating detailed ' Use Cases', and trnslating them into technical design specs for the developement team as well as taking an active roll in the QA phase. Additional activities will involvesupporting varioscode review and data testing functions. The ideal canidate will have a strong Systems Analyst background with a working understanding of UML and the Unified Process as well as the ability to work on multiple stimulus projects.


The Detailed List Of Accoutabilities Includes:

 System Analysis and Design:
  - Participate in the development of functional business process or systems requirements.
  - Validation of use cases to drive out requirments and to assist in application testing.
  - Collaborate on functional specifications and insure accuracy of the functional spec with the business.
  - Understanding of design documents and the documentation process.
  - Analysis and documentation of process improvementsusing analiticaltools on test results and the working codebase.

Required Skills

  - Strong Analysis Skills ( Conducting User interviews and determining User requirements, Mapping the requirements)
 - Past Project Management Experience.
 - A background in UML or other modeling.
 - Past experience conducting gap analysis.
 - Must be able to document requirements gathering sessions.
 - Must be able to document complex processes clearly.
 - Experience developing detailed Use Cases.
 - Able to generate ' Wire Frame Models', sequence diagrams, functional specs.
 - A strong Detail Orientation.
 - Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical users.
 - Act with competitve urgency.
