About Product/Project Audience Centric Targeting (ACT) creates value for consumers, advertisers and publishers by delivering audience centric targeting solutions and platforms to maximize user engagement and enable innovative marketing solutions. Job ResponsibilitiesThe Audience Centric Targeting Team is responsible for delivering advanced visitor behavioral, geographic and demographic targeting and segmentation applications. Within this role you will be responsible for driving our next-generation targeting products and services. Working closely with customers, advertisers, partner-publishers, business development, product marketing, and engineering, you will lead the charge to market for products through the entire lifecycle - from concept to end-of-life. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker that is extremely analytical, detail oriented and accustomed to multitasking and setting priorities. The successful candidate will have strong a track record for building and launching successful products on time. Responsibilities include identifying product requirements, developing detailed product specifications, and product positioning. You will work closely with product marketing, internal marketing, advertiser and publisher groups, and engineering to develop and implement the overall product, business and revenue plans, visions and strategies. Minimum Job Qualifications (the skills, experience, etc. that the person you hire will absolutely have)· BS/BA degree. · 6+ years relevant experience with 3+ years as a product manager in the enterprise software industry or in an internet-based software company.· Passion for creating world-class business solutions that enable high-performance online advertising· Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence executives, business leaders, and technology leaders.· Analytic mind & strong problem-solving capabilities evidenced by a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze product concepts, strategic opportunities and competitive threats.· Ability to navigate complex environments and work with interdisciplinary teams and effectively communicate priorities, delivery expectations, risks and concerns to sr management.· Experience performing well in highly technical and non technical environments. In this role you will often switch between leading highly technical engineering reviews to presenting to a non technical audience.· Experience in managing products with “no UI”, and with many integration points with other systems. · Expert level product management experience. This role will require “doing” and “thinking”. Skills which include setting a product vision, documenting requirements, negotiating and problem solving skills, and strong project management to lead direct staff and/or cross- functional team members. · Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and influential communication skills are critical. · Comfortable prioritizing among competing opportunities, balancing customer needs and wants with business priorities, and articulating the rationale behind decisions. Ability to recognize difference between moving fast and being productive.· Team player, able to share responsibility for key decision making with a team while accepting responsibility to drive internal decision making process · Ability to build excellent rapport with customers, internal and external users and technologists a must. Preferable Job Qualifications (any additional qualifications, skills, exp, etc.)· Domain knowledge in: advertising, geo targeting, behavioral targeting, user segmentation, demographic targeting, ad networks, ad exchanges and web analytics.· Experience working with multi-national teams and off-shore development teams; experience launching products Internationally is desired; up to 20% travel may be required· BA/BS in Computer Science or similar technology field preferred. MBA highly desirable. (or have significant, equivalent and relevant internet and/or product management experience).
