Manager-Product ManagementJob Description t('12') KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:As the product manager, you will gather and analyze information to define product requirements, review design specifications, develop detailed product plans, communicate product strategy and functionality, initiate and foster relationships with other groups and work with project managers and technical staff to ensure successful implementation and deployment of product releases. You will own the gathering, analysis and messaging of competitive intelligence and market awareness for your products. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background that enables them to interact easily with technical personnel and a demonstrated ability to think strategically about product related issues. The right person will be highly analytical, posses at least 5-7 years of product and program management experience (Enterprise Software Products), have sound judgment, be detail-oriented yet able to look at a wide array of choices and identify what truly matters. Previous experience in directly interacting with customer in various phases of product development is highly desirable. KEY REQUIREMENTS: At least 10+ years experience in a field related to software development. Previous experience in product management or product marketing with Enterprise software products Demonstrated leadership and people management skills Outstanding presentation and communication skills Strong analytical skills and ability to think outside the box Ability to stay focused on strategic objectives while balancing short term deliverables and changing priorities within a dynamic environment B.S. in Computer Science or related field, MBA highly desired.
