Responsibilites
- Develop and consistently seek to improve a
real-time search engine that is used by
millions of people around the world.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Java and Linux
- Theoretical and practical background in
search technology
- Vast experience with back-end systems
development
- Strong passion in developing/programming and debugging commercial grade software
- Experienced in and desire to work in a fast-paced iterative product development environment
- Experience working on high traffic/ high availability / large consumer facing websites
- Self-motivated and driven individual who wants to take ownership of features and projects
- Comfortable working in a less-structured environment around rapidly changing technologies
Preferred Experience
BS/MSCS or equivalent
Experience wtih java MVC frameworks
