Sharepoint Technical / Analytical LeadAs a senior consultant in our Engineering Department, you will be: The technical lead for requirements definition and elaboration, design, implementation and delivery with MOSS Capable and responsible for making key decisions around approach, architecture, and design frameworks Effective in working across multi-disciplinary teams to produce well thought out and innovative designs Solving a variety of technical challenges around integration, personalization, and innovation Assessing complexity and risk, producing strategies and plans for mitigating risks Managing teams through planning, design, implementation and delivery Experienced with content management, knowledge management and its integration within Sharepoint Knowledgeable of integration with Exchange on other systems Responsible for defining future phases Consulting Requirements: 5 - 7 years experience in a consulting environment Assume responsibility, accountability Think critically and creatively Exceptional communication skills; presentation, facilitation, oral, written, listening and conflict resolution Organize and lead teams in accordance with established project initiatives and can quickly evaluate alternativesEducation:  Minimally a B.S.
