The UI Engineering Team is looking for an experienced and passionate frontend developer to join our growing team. Do you feel passionate about your mark-up and CSS? Then you'll fit right in with our team!Our team is responsible for building the user interface for some of the top travel websites around the world which are used by millions of users. We are looking for developers to do the coding of the frontend. You'll implement the designs and code them up with semantic XHTML, validating CSS and unobtrusive and object-oriented JavaScript. You don't need to know how to design (we have another team for that), but you should know what looks good and works well. You will play a key role in solving the development challenges of building sites worldwide. You'll develop production code, as well as proof-of-concept prototyping.· Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS. · Expert at JavaScript, with experience with at least one framework (Prototype, jQuery, YUI, Dojo, etc). · Solid experience with coding server-side page generation (JSP, ASP, PHP, etc). · Passion for usability. · Experience leading projects. · Understanding and experience with the full life cycle of development. · Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. · 4+ years developing user-facing web interfaces. · BS degree in Computer Science of equivalent.
