Work in Mountain View and be a part of our Small Business Online Payroll Services team!  Due to our tremendous growth, we are seeking a Senior-Level Product Manager with passion for Customer Driven Innovation to work with existing customers and prospects to identify top priorities and requirements for payroll and employee management services – for current and new products.



Responsibilities: Define the overall product strategy and roadmap, focusing on top customer value-add areas and revenue growth.Define and drive definitions of new products or enhancements, working with the product team around target customer use cases and personas.Participate in key design and implementation choices, and in the overall delivery of the new products or services.Represent the “Voice of the Customer” and make sure the whole product team is engaged in customer feedback sessions throughout the entire lifecycle.Act as the “Product Champion” for payroll and employee management services, both internally across Intuit, and externally with customers, partners, small business organizations, and other industry organizations.Contribute to the overall payroll and employee management product strategy and execution, participate in cross-team activities and projects.



Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience and successful track record in a Product Management/Product Strategizing function for Small Business/Consumer Software/Web applications.Experience in Payroll/Financial/Banking/Consulting Services a plus.Passion for understanding and working with customers and users.Knowledge and experience working with small business customers.Track record of strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.Good understanding of software/SDLC and web technologies.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.  MBA preferredTo apply, email resumes to don_willet@intuit.com
