Senior Product Manager, Health & Personal Care Health and Personal Care is one of the fastest-growing categories at Amazon.com.  The Amazon.com Consumables team is seeking an experienced, innovative, and customer-focused Senior Product Manager to join our team.  The open position is a unique opportunity to help build a world-class e-commerce destination for customers' Health, Personal Care, and Grocery needs. The Senior Product Manager (SPM) will focus on driving revenue by improving onsite conversion and will work with Amazon.com cross-functional teams (search, e-mail, community, customer experience, software development, site merchandising and design) to identify, prioritize, and develop new and existing feature opportunities and related customer solutions. The SPM will be responsible for optimizing onsite conversion to drive sales via the following initiatives:  Detail page/category page feature/functionality improvements Search and browse improvements "Subscribe and Save" program feature/functionality improvementsThe Senior Product Manager must be action- and results-oriented, self-starting, able to think and act both strategically and tactically and have the ability to anticipate bottlenecks, maximize business benefit, and deliver a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:  3-5 years of product or brand management experience in online retail or consumer packaged goods ability to conceptualize and execute projects ability to juggle multiple priorities, be proactive and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature recommendations relentless customer focus minimum 3-5 years experience and a track record of complex and creative problem solving BA/BS required; MBA preferred
