Senior Operations Analyst

  Sales Operations Senior Analyst   Purpose of Position:   The Sales Operations organization provides support to all Monster U.S. Sales channels and including Telesales, Field Sales, Ecommerce and Partnerships. As well as vertical specific support to Healthcare, Staffing and Government divisions. We enable sales success, support the roll-out of the “go to market” strategies and help improve sales productivity. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Operations Senior Analyst in our Maynard, MA location.   The Sales Operations Senior Analyst will ensure all Sales Operations needs are being met for assigned sales channels or divisions within U.S. Sales. They will be interact directly with Sales Leaders and ensure that support is in place for reporting/analytics, teaming between verticals, sales communication/tools, account management and rules of engagement. They will support the Sales Strategy with all internal business partners and help drive increases in sales and productivity both within the vertical and through increased teaming with other verticals.   Essential Functions:   Closely partner with Sales Leaders and cross-functional team members to keep up to date with functional plans and strategies- then ensure all Sales Operations needs are in place to support these plans & strategies. Sales Ops needs include but are not limited to reporting/analytics, on-boarding of new partnerships, lists/data, teaming between verticals, sales communication/tools and rules of engagement. Analyst will engage appropriate Sales Ops resources to carry out work tasks- or handle tasks personally, as required. Continually improve the support processes related to the assigned sales channel. Analyze current state, identify areas of opportunity then create and implement plans to improve business results. Continually review and analyze sales channel key performance indicators. Identify and communicate key trends to Sales Leaders. Run ad-hoc queries as needed to answer business questions. Oversee and continually improve customer, prospect and suspect data for assigned sales channel- leveraging data cleansing Ops and IT team expertise and resources. Handle and quickly resolve any sales channel conflicts. Recommend changes to sales polices that will help to eliminate future channel conflicts and increase sales teaming. Serve as resident expert/consultant to Sales Operations group on all procedures and processes regarding assigned sales channel.  Qualifications:   Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience At least 3 - 5 years of sales operations work experience with increasing responsibility supporting the strategic, analytical and tactical needs of a Sales Organization with demonstrated success. Strong understanding of the unique needs of difference sales channels- to include Telesales, Field Sales, Ecommerce, Partnerships Proven track record of effectively partnering with, communicating to and influencing management staff at all levels. Advanced skills in MS Excel with significant experience with data manipulation & analysis Database query writing skills, ex. Brio, Crystal, Microsoft Objects Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills (internal and external and across various levels) Strong business writing skills. Strong planning, organizing and project management skills Technically literate with Sales Force Automation (SFA) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Continuous improvement focus. Six Sigma or related training a plus.
