This position will have the following responsibilites:Review Functions:-Review and provide support for partner proposals and the financial impacts with Accounting, Business Development, Business Management and Legal departments.-Gain thorough understanding of partner business relationship and effectively summarize contractual obligations.-Review and audit partner settlement reporting and payments due in a timely manner.Process Management Functions:-Assist with coordination of partner launch financial requirements with partner and Partner Reporting Financial and Project Analyst.-Act as single point of contact for partner financial relations for assigned partners. -Act as financial lead on new partner launches and new partner initiatives. Support Functions:-Lead the development, testing, and implementation of partner reporting project tools to assist in preparation of partner settlement reports and financial analysis.-Interact with other areas, such as Planning, Operations, Business Development, Business Management, Customer Service and Marketing with key financial and operational performance indicators in order to develop and plan partner budgets.-Assist with financial modeling for new and existing businesses.General:-Understanding of business, financial and systemic process flows in an e-commerce retail environment.-Utilize company tools and programs, such as Net Acumen/Sagent, Access, JDA, and PeopleSoft to build efficient reporting that is easily accessible across the company.-Interact with executives, managers, external partners, and other staff in courteous and professional manner.-Assist with management requests and other special projects as needed. A successful Senior Financial Analyst will have the following:Minimum Requirements:-B.S. in Accounting or Finance.-4-6 years of general accounting/financial analysis or relevant experience.-High proficiency with MS Excel, Access, and query tools to create reports and financial models.-Excellent organizational, verbal, and analytical skills. -Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.-Proven track record to manage multiple requests/projects concurrently.-Self starter with an aptitude to drive results and resolution.-Thorough understanding of P&Ls and variance analysis.Desirable Requirements:-JDA or AS/400 experience a plus.-Peoplesoft NVision experience a plus.-Retail industry experience a plus.
