We offer a unique opportunity to join a growing company in our Miami, FL office, while developing your skills and professional career.SEM SpecialistReporting to the Director of Marketing, as a Search Engine Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible to:•      Manage and expand search engine marketing campaigns to meet clients' defined goals and strategic objectives.•      Provide forecasts for cost, traffic and ROI for search marketing channels. •      Analyze and report on key metrics for SEM campaigns in Google, Yahoo and other search engines.•      Work effectively with team members and diverse client projects.•      Build, analyze and test SEM campaigns.•      Further develop, manage and deliver SEM analytical reports.•      Analyze competitive websites to gain market intelligence about various businesses.  Required Skills• Self-starter who anticipates rather than reacts to problems and opportunities.• Comfortable working with team members.• Demonstrated ability to manage details, efficient work habits, and flexibility. • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Fast Learner

Qualifications:•      At least 2 years experience in SEM and PPC management •      Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred•      Expert analytic and quantitative abilities •      Strong Excel skills with experience building spreadsheets  •      Experience with Web Analytics software such as Google Analytics and/or Omniture•      Experience working with Google Adwords and other search engine management tools •      Full understanding of all SEM marketing metrics including CTR, ROI and ROAS•      Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment •      Superb verbal and written communication skills•      Reliable Transportation
