The Salesforce.com Administrator will be responsible for the planning and implementation of business systems requirements for the Salesforce.com CRM system, including system changes or enhancements and coordination with sales and marketing to ensure proper use of Salesforce.  This position will also be responsible for administering other marketing systems like our email tool (Vtrenz) and our content management system (Joomla).

Key Responsibilities: Operates as primary system administrator and application configuration expert for Salesforce.com CRM, including but not limited to the following activities: Documents requirements and specifications for system implementation, enhancements, develops consensus for those enhancements. Works with sales and marketing management to design and implement forecasts, reports and dashboards. Manages data loads and data quality. Creates reports and dashboards for the management team. Maintains user roles, security profiles, workflow rules, and other system configuration options. Trains new end users on the application and trains existing users on new features. Stays abreast of CRM and Salesforce.com best practices applicable to our industry. Conducts regular workflow analysis and application review sessions among both users and executives. Documents processes and creates documents to communicate processes. Assisting with build imports of lead, contact or account data. Maintaining security profiles and access rights for users within the application. Escalating issues to Salesforce.com technical support as required.

·         Administer Vtrenz email blast tool to ensure the right emails are being sent to the right users at the right time.

·         Maintain high levels of data integrity and manage and uphold consistent flow of data and business processes within Salesforce.com and Vtrenz

·         Ensure correct and reliable data is being shared properly between systems Salesforce.com and Vtrenz

Job Requirements: BA/BS degree in Management Information Systems/Technology or related discipline. 2-4 years hands-on experience information architecture and/or website interaction design Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills. Data-oriented approach to iterative design and testing (can logically think through implementation of test designs, and draw conclusions from results) 2+ years experience managing a Sales Force Automation (SFA) system 2+ years project management experience. Strong communication skills. In particular, person must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical people effectively Ability to write HTML to format emails and web page Ability to write SQL queries and a solid understanding of relational databases Experience with Salesforce.com (CRM) is preferred; experience with Joomla, Vtrenz and Omniture a plus
