Position Summary
Kowabunga! is looking for career driven, high energy sales professionals. Compensation will consist of an aggressive salary plus performance based bonuses linked to profitability of relationships generated.


Responsibilities - Creating and expanding business opportunities with the top interactive agencies seeking online advertising solutions through CPM, CPC, Rev Share and CPA. - Develop relationships with other CPA Networks and direct on-line advertisers. - Forecasting agency revenue opportunities and managing a detailed book of business - Proper reporting of prospects and opportunities with among agencies, networks and direct advertisers


Requirements - Must have CPA selling experience - Have a deep understanding and ability to analyze marketing demographics, Affiliate Marketing, Agency dynamics and client ROI. - Experience with structuring CPC and CPA deals or a hybrid is preferred. - Contacts with the top interactive ad agencies within the following channels: Financial, Educational, Pharma/Healthcare, Entertainment and Retail - Proven negotiating skills leading to profitable relationships within the industry. - Knowledge about the online advertising industry. - Must be energetic, a problem solver, and a goal-oriented. - Ability to effectively manage a sales cycle from qualification, needs assessment, through close. - 2-5 years in “Interactive Sales� or Affiliate Networks
