We are currently looking for a Sales Director in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Job Summary:

We are expanding our sales presence and have an opening for a Sales Director to cover media agencies, creative agencies and advertisers spanning across the southeast. This person will play a key role in developing and maintaining revenue producing relationships within that territory.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Creatively and persuasively articulate PointRoll's offerings, competitive advantages, resources and processes to clients and prospects via in-person meetings, through email and over the phone
-Develop and cultivate leads/build a solid sales pipeline
-Assess potential deals, negotiate favorable terms, and gain commitment.
-Maintain effective, revenue-generating relationships with client-direct, media agency and creative agencies within a territory
-Assist in business implementation of sales packages and insure high levels of service to clients.
-Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
-Listen to, identify and understand prospects' viewpoint and tailor communication to meet prospect needs and expectations
-Display a thorough understanding of assigned accounts' business needs and revenue potential.
-Provide ongoing internal reporting and analysis via a sales force automation tool for accurate revenue forecasting by Management
-Assist Sales Management in defining and identifying potential sales targets and opportunities for expansion in new markets
-Assist in development of local marketing initiatives and participation in industry events.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
-Proven track record of sales success
-Possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
-Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations.
-Solid understanding of Internet advertising and metrics a plus

Education and Experience Required:
-Bachelor's Degree
-2 to 4 years sales experience required focusing primarily on advertising, direct marketing, or Agency related work
-1 year online experience

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:
-Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
