Sales Coordinator

As our Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the daily Sales & Retention operations.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Review Shopzilla accounts and determine the legitimacy of the account, account holder and associated fraud risk.
• Continually monitor cases and reports to identify trends and notify management of information obtained from that activity.
• Initiate Card member and/or Merchant contact as needed to verify suspicious activity.
• Assist in upholding the integrity of Shopzilla’s merchant review process by identifying merchants who fail to comply with program standards.
• Work with the Sales Team to ensure smooth integration of their merchants’ data into our systems.
• Review data provided by merchants for accuracy and conformity to our specifications.
• Recommend improvements on merchant's product listings for a better consumer experience and better merchant conversion.
• Use in-house tools to implement and organize merchants’ data into our system.
• Maintain positive relations with merchants, including offering suggestions for optimization of data.
• Generate new leads for the Inside Sales and Retention teams.
• Assist the Director of Sales Strategy & Operations with other necessary administrative tasks or projects.
• Allow for flexibility and change within the growing department.

Your qualifications include:

• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to think proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Highly organized, time-management and attention to detail a must
• Strong reasoning, problem solving, organization, and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Internet/Web technologies: web browsers, HTTP, FTP, and HTML
• BA/BS degree preferred
