Job description requirements: Develop leads through cold calling   Conduct a high volume of outbound warm lead sales calls with the ability to close at a favorable high rate Receive a high-volume inbound sales and tech calls Handle our numerous VIP customer’s inquiries and issues as their personal Account Executive Provide accurate product information Research and resolve shipping issues Respond to inquiries regarding various products and services via email and/or telephone Handle and resolving customer complaints with services/products Review  and update customer records in the database Ability to respond effectively to highly sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to deal with abstract or concrete variables in standardized or limited standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to persuade a warm/cold lead to opt for our suggested product line over a competitor’s Follow up with potential clients

 Experience required/Job requirements:      At least 2 years of outside business to business and business to consumer sales (including cold calling) and a proven track record in prospecting and closing.   Must be well spoken and have an excellent command of the English language. Advanced Windows and Internet navigation skills Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 Ability to type at least 40 WPM Strong detail orientation, analytical ability and abstract reasoning skills. Problem solving skills Must be a self motivated and high energetic Responsive attitude and capability to work under pressure. Ability to perform basic database querying Available to work 40 hours a week Monday-Friday, 9-6 pm Must have your own reliable vehicle for transportation

Our Sales Agents enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes an hourly wage of $15/hour plus 5% commission consideration on net profit volume for all sales made with no cap on your earning potential. This is an independent contractor position.
