Be a part of a dynamic team that shares a passion for making YELLOWPAGES.COM even better for the millions of consumers and local businesses that rely on it daily. We offer competitive salaries, excellent benefits including a 401(k), bonuses and a casual work environment.Summary:The Sales Administrator supports the Sales Team by providing general administrative support, sales support, office and facilities management. This position acts as the liaison between remote office locations and the various departments located within the YPC Headquarters including, Operations, and Marketing.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Processes sales packages resulting from the order acquisition process necessary for the production of online advertising. · Process sales reports for the sales organization.· Maintains daily sales log. Creates daily, weekly sales reports.· Responds to sales inquiries as needed.· Maintains call-in log and distributes sales leads.· Pre-qualifies sales leads prior to distribution.· Review sales contracts for accuracy and effectively communicate information to sales. · Review contract information and develop sales reports.· Provides ad-hoc reporting.· Research transactions as required.· Investigates customer related issues as required. · Participates in special projects as required.· Collects, compiles and analyzes moderately complex data and information.· Composes straightforward written description of results.· Exercises independent judgment and employs basic reasoning skills.· Reviews sales contracts for accuracy/quality control issues.· Performs general office and clerical duties· Acts as receptionist· May provide multi-line phone attendance· Acts as single point of contact for facilities issues· Assist with preparation of expense reports· Make travel arrangements and coordinate meetings· Manage and maintain office supply levels· Assist with training class preparation Qualifications: Experience maintaining and preparing Excel spreadsheets and Word documents – medium to advanced user. 3+ years experience in a Sales Department/Customer Service Organization. Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently (without direct supervision.) Attention to detail – quality control skills. Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to multi task in fast-paced environment. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred. See Job Description
