CoStar Group is currently seeking Research Associates at our, state of the art Columbia office. As a Research Associate, you are the foundation of our business.

 

If you are a goal and career-oriented individual with excellent communication, customer service, time management, & organizational skills then we want to speak to you. We are seeking individuals that thrive in a pay-for-performance production environment. These motivated self-starters will perform intensive out-bound phone work, adding and updating information on for sale and for lease listings for commercial properties, as well as tracking commercial real estate activity and transactions.

 

Professional work experience or college degree is required. Successful candidates will have comfort and/or experience in an environment that measures and rewards individuals for meeting and exceeding performance targets. Proficiency in Windows-based applications, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to learn & apply concepts are essential. Successful candidates will also have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

 

We offer a base salary of 40K with a pay-for-performance quarterly incentive program. We offer a full range of benefits to include Medical, Dental, and Vision, 12 days of vacation your first year, wedding leave, parental leave, 401 K after 6 months, tuition re-imbursement and more.
