Must be proactive, relatable, able to strategize, and have a customer first attitude (proven by past awards & recognition). Job Responsibilities:-Coordinate with Account Executives to maximize the spending power of current clients -Coordinate supplier contact with customers -Increase Sales through customer support and training -Provide review cycles for newly registered customers -Assist with regional targeted activities as identified by Account Executives -Escalate customer and supplier issues to Director, Customer Care -Primary Interface with Customers Qualified applicants must enjoy working in a team-based environment. Customer Satisfaction is of utmost importance. Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service soft skills Two years experience in sales support, account management and/or customer service Bachelor’s degree or accredited business institute graduate, some college course work or equivalent work experience preferred Knowledge of commercial real estate operations and/or MRO supplier operations preferred Demonstrated ability to articulate issues and resolutions Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and analytical skills  THIS IS A TEMPORARY TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY.
