Description:Responsibilities* Generate offer letters while ensuring process & accuracy is attained* Complete all background checks prior to candidate start date* Scheduling of candidate interviews where necessary* Manage candidate travel and associated recruiting expenses* Ensure audit compliance for all new hire paperwork* Deliver accurate & timely hiring metrics on a regular basis for reporting* Effectively support multiple client needs & manage against tight hiring deadlines for business critical rolesAbout the OpportunityReporting to the Director of Recruiting, the Recruiting Coordinator will be based out of the Epsilon office in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work with all levels of an organization. This position supports the entire Recruiting Team relative to offer letters, background checks, scheduling, faxing, filing, expenses, metrics reporting and audit compliance.
