Outside Account Executive

We are currently seeking self-motivated sales professionals to join our growing Field Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include calling on HR leaders, recruiters, line of business managers and business owners to introduce our recruitment services and to help them choose JobCircle.com as the resource for all of their recruiting needs.

We are looking for dynamic sales professionals who possess the following skills & experience:

-3 + years outside sales/business development experience. Industry knowledge is a plus!
-High volume of cold calling experience
-Ability to present at all levels of organizations
-Ability to reach decision makers and penetrate organizations
-Ability to present the benefits of our product base clearly and effectively
-Self-motivated, team player, friendly, aggressive & persuasive
-Consultative sales approach
-Strong relationship building skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Experience working from a home based office

You will set appointments with high level contacts in the largest organizations in the market. You will canvas other job boards, newspapers, and job fairs to find companies who are hiring in the Mid-Atlantic region and schedule meetings with them to discuss their manpower needs. Based on the feedback from these sessions, you will develop tailored proposals implementing the solution that best fits their recruitment goals and objectives. You will work with our database of over 30,000 recruiter contacts, as well to uncover new leads.
