Online Marketing Manager

We are looking for the best and brightest candidate to take our online marketing campaigns to the next level, driving revenue and profitability growth for the company. This person will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to launch new marketing tests and will have complete P/L responsibility for managing and growing the campaigns. This candidate should live and breathe numbers, have a direct marketing mind, and be able to think creatively and strategically in order to move the business forward. Exposure to international media buying is a preferred competency for this job. You will wear many hats in handling operational, analytical, creative, and marketing duties.

Specific job responsibilities are as follows: ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, TASKS:
Develop and analyze member acquisition and testing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability on assigned account base; testing new creative, landing pages, and additional partnership strategies.
Manage and execute all aspects of marketing campaigns, from creative design to internal and external approvals, to operations and the testing of all creative prior to pushing pages live, to trafficking banners, to daily reporting, analysis and optimization of campaigns.
Negotiate media deals on most favorable terms for company and oversee account management of media partners.
Handle all reporting and operational work for Senior Marketing Manager, ensuring all assigned accounts are being reported, analyzed, and optimized efficiently on a daily basis, and run full P/L and ROI reports for all marketing campaigns on a monthly basis (minimum)
CRITICAL CORE COMPETENCIES:
Deep knowledge of all key online metrics: open rates, click-through percents, conversion percents, cpm, cpc, cpa, revenue sharing, P/L analysis
Strong understanding of online industry trends for all online marketing mediums – e-commerce, email, banners, pop-unders, landing pages, etc
Robust analytical skills for analyzing campaign effectiveness and offering actionable insights.
Very strong online direct marketing and creative skills and background with ability to immediately apply these skills to online marketing initiatives.
Experience planning and buying international online media

Strong communication skills REQUIRED:
Minimum of 4 years of acquisition oriented marketing experience including a minimum of 2 years of relevant acquisition oriented direct marketing experience and a minimum of 2 years of relevant acquisition oriented online direct marketing experience is mandatory, with more years being optimal. Agency or client side experience applies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong work ethic.
Strong Excel skills critical (pivot tables, etc.), strong Power Point skills.
