Office Manager

MyToons.com is the world’s greatest website and social network foranimation and animators. We are currently seeking a full time Office Manager.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We require someone with strong inter personal and written communications skills, an attitude for great customer service, an outgoing personality, solid computer literacy (major business apps, such as MSWord, Excel, Email, etc). Must be motivated, well-organized, and a self-starter. A degree is preferred, but we will make exceptions for outstanding individuals.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage multi-line telephone system- Greet and screen visitors in a professional manner- Manage shipping, receiving and mail - Operate standard office equipment- Keep inventory of office supplies and food supplies- File correspondence and documents as necessary- Book Company Travel

- Set up Company meetings and seminar s

- Assist Director of Operations and Executive team as needed- Order Office supplies/other supplies

 - Performs other related duties as assigned
