Office Coordinator
comScore/M:Metrics in Seattle is seeking an Office Coordinator to handle administrative and office-related tasks. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of customer service, accountability for and will be able to take ownership of their work. Additionally, they will be able to multi-task effectively, and will have an outgoing, professional and positive working attitude. This position has a fixed schedule of Mon – Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm. This is a full time opportunity, with full benefits including 401k, in a fun, casual work environment. We’re growing every day, and we’re looking for the right person to grow right along with us! Responsibilities include:· Answering phones and greeting clients. · Handle general reception duties including faxing and copying· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and all distribution· Manage inquiries and questions and route them appropriately within the comScore/M:Metrics organization· Handling building maintenance requests as needed as part of facilities team.· Assist with facilities issues as needed across company offices. This position reports to Facilities Manager in Chicago office.· Coordinating and shipping marketing collateral· Ordering and set/clean up of breakfast and lunch meetings· Providing administrative and modest technical support for the office · Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to compose routine correspondence across the organization. · Arrange in-house video-conferencing and voice conferencing calls · Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations for senior executive in office· Order office supplies using Office Depot.· Ship packages using UPS, FEDEX, and DHL.· Perform light lifting to stock the kitchen on a daily basis.
