MERCHANDISE MANAGER

Must Have:

* Experience at the director or senior buyer level at a specialty or department store retailer. Retail catalog or online experience is very important.
* Experience implementing online merchandising strategies, minimum of 5-7 years experience.
* Exceptional supervisory and motivational skills.
* Deep network of brands and vendors.
* Strong analytical skills and outstanding process management experience.
* Bachelor's degree.

Nice to Have:

* Licensing and Entertainment experience

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for Sales, Inventory and Gross Margin.
* Manage brand-specific strategies for entertainment clients including TV Networks, movie Studios and Sports Leagues.
* Quickly identify trends, identify & source product from multiple vendors.
* Negotiate pricing and manage inventory among variety of vendors.
* Manage all aspects of the merchandising online store and client relationships.
* Partner with client marketing to drive maximized conversion rates and sales.
* Manage and mentor merchandiser.
* Oversee product approval and compliance process

MERCHANDISER
Must Have:

* Experience with buying and/or inventory management
* Experience with e-commerce environments
* Big brand client management
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow through on assignments and responsibilities
* Knowledge of current music, pop trends and music/entertainment media is essential
* Interest in developing fan gear products
* Strong analytical skills and process management experience
* Excellent skills in Photoshop, Excel and Power Point
* Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have:

* Experience with Illustrator
* Music/Entertainment experience

Responsibilities:

* Set-up new skus and bundles. May include some copywriting
* Work with Account Manager to identify an develop promotional opportunities
* Set-up new promotions
* Load promotional graphics
* Auditing of sites: inventory and out of stock levels
* Enter Purchase Orders
* Work with clients to confirm new purchase quantities
* Coordinate and track delivery of new merchandise
* Enter client orders and track timely delivery
* Photograph new merchandise and edit (Photoshop) images
* Inventory analysis
