Manager, Merchant Market Research

Putting customers’ needs first, coupled with a “challenger” mindset, we’re redefining the payments category through product, marketing, and service delivery innovation.We are seeking a research professional to support the head of PayPal Merchant Research to support the domestic and international marketing and product teams focused who on merchants.  This individual will be responsible for collaborating with internal business partners to identify, prioritize, design, execute and communicate insights from ad-hoc studies.  These studies provide customer and market insights that guide our marketing and product execution.In order to be effective this individual will need to collaborate with across the business – including user experience research, analytics and eBay market research.
