Manager, Marketing Research Analysis
An industry leader in the video IM space seeks a Manager, Marketing Research & Analysis in its midtown New York headquarters This individual will develop Key Performance Indicators to drive/track online marketing efforts; develop consumer uptake models; conduct backend analyses (including channel/campaign performance analysis, quantification of viral effect and retention)
Key Responsibilities:Work with external partners to establish reporting; evaluate daily metrics measuring performance of marketing programs/campaigns.Create an acquisition forecast using traffic, conversion, and churn Numbers by channel.Develop and refine a viral growth model.Measure, analyze and report key trends in the growth of the business.Assist in developing a marketing budget.Track usage; build a life-cycle model of various customer segments.Partner with external resources to develop reporting infrastructure to meet organizations data needs.Collaborate with marketing team members to help service data needs.Designing and analyzing quantitative tests.
Requirements:5-8 years work experience - preferably at a company with a direct to consumer software product.Marketing/campaign management experience with loyalty and/or database marketing and analysis preferred.Expert in statistical analysis and database tools.Exceptional analytical skills with a strong interest in all aspects of marketing from creative development through post-campaign analysis.Proficiency with a variety of software applications, including SQL, Access, Excel, Power Point and WordBA/BS required, preferably in business, mathematics or statistics
Salary: $80-120k
