Edmunds.com is currently seeking a Manager, Benefits & HRIS to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Director, HR Operations the responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:  Manage enrollment, carrier relations, and billing of complete benefits package for approximately 400 employees, including out-of-state employees. Serve as the employee point-of-contact to resolve benefits issues with insurance carriers. Provide employee feedback and plan recommendations during benefits renewal process. Organize annual employee open enrollment which includes presentation, scheduling, interaction with broker and managing updates for on-line enrollment. Administer leave of absence programs (ie. FMLA, PDL, & CFRA) along with disability programs. Administer and oversee submission of Worker’s Compensation insurance claims. Maintain all employee data in the Oracle 11i HRIS, ADP PC/Payroll for Windows and Benetrac systems. Function as a key team member involved in the requirements setting, planning, designing and implementation of new functionality of the Oracle HRIS system. Manage process for Oracle HRIS user acceptance testing (which includes both functional testing and data validation) prior to the deployment of new functionality or system upgrades. Provide all personnel and salary changes to the Accounting Department for payroll processing. Provide ad-hoc reports for senior management (ie. paid time off utilization & accrual reports, census reports, total compensation reports) using Oracle HRIS, and ADP ReportSmith applications. Train HR Coordinators on benefit billing, orientation and Oracle HRIS system maintenance and workflows. Plan, organize, and present new hire & benefit orientations for all new employees. Conduct compensation research through surveys, job boards, job history, salary histories.  Work with Director to provide information to the survey companies. Participate in administration of the Company’s stock option program. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree required. 5 to 7 years experience with benefits and HRIS management. At least 4 years experience in processing payroll and administrating leave of absence programs. Experience utilizing programs for managing stock options preferred. Prior experience using Oracle 11iHRIS system and ADP PC/Payroll for Windows system desired. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook with advanced Excel skills including demonstrated success consolidating reports from disparate systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
