Develop and modify bidding strategies and effective keyword management on paid placement search engines as well as paid inclusion programs. Monitor, analyze, and communicate effective and ineffective areas of all search programs and provide solutions for continual improvement of the program. Analyze key metrics across internal and external reporting tools in order to identify, recommend and implement changes to increase the overall search program performance. Plan, test and analyze campaigns, including keywords, ad copy and landing pages, in order to increase ranking, CTRs, and overall program effectiveness. Manage budget caps while hitting revenue and performance goals. Educate team members on the changes in the search industry and how these changes could potentially affect the program and overall company objectives. Conduct ongoing SEM competitive analysis research.Search Engine Optimization Analyze the opportunity for growing organic traffic in Google, Yahoo and MSN. Drive hands-on optimization work, including page construction, site architecture, content, keyword research and SEO copy writing. Understand and communicate the major factors influencing organic search crawling, indexing and keyword ranking. Research, identify and establish link partners for our sites and for internal linking strategies. Monitor new advancements in SEO and evaluate their risk/reward if implemented on company site. Track and analyze site performance. Understand the best practices and industry standards for search engine optimization.Email Project manage the execution of our email program’s strategy across several internal departments. Understand email best practices and innovations and coordinate their implementation.Online Media Research and propose media buys for key campaigns. Measure, analyze and optimize reach, efficiency, and performance of all media buys. Coordinate the entire work flow of campaigns going live. Understand market and industry trends in rich media, video, and mobile advertising.The accomplished individual will possess... Advanced computer skills in excel. Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.An outstanding professional will have...
