Fujitsu maintains a well-established and highly-regarded position as a market leader by providing the best-in-breed data networking solutions that drive next-generation access, core, and wireless networks. We are seeking an International Vice President of Sales for our Richardson, TX location. This position reports to the SVP - Sales, Marketing, and Services at FNC and is responsible for sales to FNC's International customer base (to be referred to as ROW, Rest of World) outside of the US and Canada. This individual will be responsible for establishing the sales strategy and leads all sales activities within the ROW regions. This position has an individual sales quota, supervisory responsibilities, and profit/loss accountability.Responsibilities: Leads team to achieve bookings and expense objectives. Develops International strategic sales plan and drives team efforts to develop new business opportunities through penetration and sales to new customers, new products and services to existing customers, and protects incumbent business in Europe and APAC. Coaches, develops and demonstrates role-model behavior for sales personnel. Defines optimum team structure, roles and responsibilities, and establishes strategic objectives for team. Drives continuous improvement in performance across team and ensures consistent, fair, and effective performance management. Develops executive level relationships with customers to support and develop high-level sales opportunities. Reviews and approves sales forecasts, budgets and quotas. Demonstrates leadership across other internal organizations to galvanize resources necessary to support sales team and customer needs and requirements. Experience: Prior experience having built out International regions and growing International sales revenue. The successful individual will have a proven track record of selling to international companies and possess excellent relationship development skills, and a firm understanding of Communications solutions for Carrier customers. The selected candidate will have the total responsibility for all sales activities, and the development of a successful and productive worldwide sales organization. We seek a world class leader to take our sales organization to the next level while driving rapid growth. Acts as a main contact point for key customers. Understands customer's strategic and business plans. Implements account strategy. Identifies products and/or solutions and develops a product offering to meet customer needs at an optimum profitability. Understands customers key business drivers and uses this knowledge for creating profitable business. Requirements:  8+ years of track record in driving growth in International Sales for Telecom solutions provider Education level: Bachelors / MBA in Engineering / Business Candidate should have a solid mix of sales, business and marketing capabilities and possess deep understanding, excellent contact base and knowledge of International service provider marketplace. Must be a motivated self-starter with strong leadership, planning, forecasting and managerial skills. Familiar with Solutions: SONET/Ethernet, ROADM/DWDM, Servers, IP Devices, Software/Services,.Wireless Ability to travel internationally (up to 50%) Multi-lingual preferred
