Requirements, Necessary Skills, Abilities & other Qualities: 1-2 years working as a web developer on the Java (J2EE) platform. Experience with the Spring framework a big plus. Experience with relational databases required.  Must have strong SQL.  Experience with MySQL a plus. Experience working with Adobe Flex technologies a big plus. Experience with SOAP or other web service APIs. Experience with unit testing a plus. Must fully understand object oriented design principles. Must be willing to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment. Must be hard working, self motivated with good communication skills.
