Intermediate/Senior Interactive Flash Developers

Transistor Studios is currently reviewing submissions for an Intermediate to Senior-level Interactive Developers to join our team, (we are also seeking freelancers).

We're rapidly expanding and looking for people who want to take advantage of the outlet we offer and grow along with us.If you think you would be an asset to our team, your skill-set meets the requirements listed below shoot us an email with your resume, portfolio, and salary expectations to: flash@transistorstudios.com Responsibilities:- Report to Interactive Art Director and Director of Rich Media- Handling medium to large interactive builds both independently and as part of a large team.- Working directly with interactive producers, designers, and directors- Take part in brainstorming and project planning.Must Haves:- Actionscript 2.0 OOP starting to transition to Actionscript 3.0- Strong Understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Concepts.- Excellent eye for detail, design skills are an assets and preferred.- Strong animation skills.- Understanding of delivering video to the web, and the concepts around compression and resolution.- Very Basic knowledge of at least one back-end language and how to interface with Flash.Nice to have:- Understanding of XHTML/DHTML/CSS- Basic understanding of Ajax- After Effects experience in creating assets for flash and adjusting video.- Understanding of Broadcast formats NTSC and PAL and HD- Basic understanding of sound design and how it pertains to interactive delivery.
