Inbound Sales Representative, Internet/Catalog & Water Heaters, (Long-term positions) -  process orders and address customer inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner through the use of multiple computerized systems.  Takes care of the customer by utilizing sales skills to make their experience a positive one. Offline Order Entry (Seasonal positions only) - is the back end care representative for customers. Assist in the processing of online orders and research of cases to complete order processing and follow up care for our customers.
