Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities include:Proactive staffing recruitment and retention for all positionsCreate and administer performance reviews and administer corrective action procedures, as necessaryImplement and administer all employee benefit programsFacilitate and/or conduct employee and management training classesMaintain employee files and data basesParticipate in planning and facilitating Company eventsAdminister policies and proceduresFacilitate new employee orientationPerform Exit InterviewsConduct Employee Surveys


Must have:

·  At least 5 years work experience in Human Resources

·  Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or Liberal Arts required

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the organization

·  Positive attitude and high level of HR customer service and follow-up

·  Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet all deadlines

·  Self starter requiring minimal supervision

·  Ability to maintain confidentiality

·  High attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills

·  Familiarity with employment laws and regulations

·  Strong computer skills

·  Knowledge of Paychex or other payroll system is desirable
