High Fashion Web Designer

Blush Media, LLC is a web 2.0 and ecommerce Start-Up incubated by Intelligent Beauty, LLC.  We are seeking a motivated and passionate Web Designer who has a passion for high fashion and beauty.   This is an opportunity to be surrounded by strong infrastructure, but participate in building out a new brand from scratch.  For the right person this will be a dream job!  Blush is committed to building the premier web 2.0 content media and ecommerce platform and in the beauty and fashion industry.  We are passionate about engaging enthusiastic users and consumers through exciting editorial and interactive applications.

 

Responsibilities for this position include:

 

·  Designer will be responsible for collaborating with a content team to develop a high fashion web 2.0 ecommerce boutique

·  Consistently meet project deadlines and goals

·  Proactively design and create outside of required work projects (your opinions and vision will truly be valued)

 

Online Projects include design of GUI ecommerce platform, online branding elements, branded product pages, and occasional identity and PR material.

 

Requirements:2-4+ years in interactive media design and productionDesire to participate in an exciting cutting edge project from Concept to OptimizationProficient in Photoshop, Illustrator,  Adobe InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML Advanced knowledge of Action Script and JavaScript a plusAbility to deal with fast turn-around times as well as long-term projectsExperience in the beauty, fashion or cosmetic industryAbility to deal with direction and collaboration on projects
