Help Desk and Trade Show Organizer

Our small but mighty team works closely with our clients to provide the newest and best education with the highest level of customer service.  We are looking for a Trade Show & Help Desk Coordinator who wants the opportunity to embrace this philosophy and is willing to be a true team player.

 

Job Description:



 

·          Coordinates PTN-sponsored events, including industry tradeshows, workshops and internal conferences

·          Contributes to customer service environment by managing the Help Desk daily

·          Assists with corporate accounts – renewal, maintenance and orientations on an as-needed basis

·          Oversees basic office needs as necessary

 

In addition, our newest team member will also have the following team skills:

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATOR- Internally with implementation executive and sales team, externally with corporate account clients, educators, and the like

LEADER - By thinking of new ideas and suggestions that can continually allow PTontheNet  to grow and remain forward thinking

EDUCATOR – We have a strong reputation in the industry for our commitment to educating our members about both our website and the fitness industry in general

PROFESSIONAL - Our vast experience and knowledge help enforce our high standards of service
