HR Operations Specialist - Reporting & Analytics

This key HR Operations role will be primarily responsible for reporting, and analytic work in compensation, hr systems, and other HR metrics. The successful candidate will have: strong analytical skills, exceptional excel skills, strong communication skills and the ability to develop and write reports. This person will have the ability to create complex queries and provide appropriate translation of the data for the end-user. The ability to combine data from multiple sources and provide analysis and trending is required. This role will also participate in other HR Operations initiatives as either a team member or project leader.

This role will provide, analyze, and maintain the following reports and processes:

Monthly stock audit and provide data reconciliation
HR metric reports (headcount, turnover, new hire, termination, workers comp analysis, etc.)
Provide training and support on HR Systems (primarily Ev4 and Reportsmith)
Manage the interface files to our third party administrators and troubleshoot issues

Highly skilled in Excel spreadsheet designs, formulas, and graphs

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience in hr systems, or a generalist role
Experience with ADP Enterprise HR systems is required (v3, v4, or v5)
Knowledge and experience in HR strategies and practices
Experience working across multiple disciplines in HR
Experience with multi-state employment law and practices
Experience with payroll systems, ADP preferred
Experience with ADP ReportSmith

This role could sit in either Los Gatos, CA or Hillsboro, OR.
