About the role:

You will report to the Creative Director, and work closely with her and your teammates to create vivid designs. As Graphic Designer, a large amount of the work will come to you from across the company. Some design jobs will require a great deal of creativity and verve while others will be more pedestrian. This position is a combination of reactive and proactive approaches. You will be managing process for printers and creating systems to expedite company needs.

 

About YOUR skills & Qualifications:

Thorough and detail-oriented.

Strong Adobe Illustrator skills.

Strong Adobe Photoshop skills.

Proficient in Macromedia Flash.

Proficient with InDesign.

Proficient in PowerPoint.

Familiar with both Mac and PC platforms.

Expert in manipulating assets (editing images, video, audio) and optimizing final creative product.

Strong oral communication skills / ability to communicate with clients, vendors, & management.

Ability to both collaborate with a team and autonomously.

Print design with print pre-press experience.

Ability to amicably accept direction from senior members of the Design team.

Ability to switch quickly from one creative project to the next, spanning multiple media (Digital image editing to Flash animation).

Willingness to learn new techniques and application to accomplish new company projects.

Web design experience.
