Golf Club Inventory Associate

3balls.com, Inc. is a fast growing, young, innovative e-commerce business specializing in the procurement, sale, and auction of fine used and like new branded golf equipment (www.3balls.com).  Due to continued growth, we currently have entry-level openings in two of our inventory fields.

 

1. Inventory Processing Associate.  In this position, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and describing an array of golf equipment to be sold on-line through various ecommerce sites (eBay, 3balls.com, Amazon).  You will be interacting with hundreds of golf club models every day from all of the top brands.  You will report directly to our Inventory Manager and interface/communicate with the entire inventory and sales team to help manage and improve upon our inputting process and inventory turn.  In addition, you will be asked to participate in ad hoc projects as they arise.

 

            Starting Salary Range:    $30,000-32,000

            Location:                         Raynham, MA

            Shifts:                              Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm

2. Inventory Procurement Associate.  In this position, you will be responsible for keeping up with the daily receipt, inspection, and data entry of golf inventory received from a wide array of procurement networks.  You will be interacting with hundreds of golf club models every day from all of the top brands.  You will also be asked to continue to improve and evolve our supply chain management and inventory receiving processes.  You will report directly to our Inventory Procurement Manager and interface/communicate with the entire inventory team to help manage our inventory turn.  In addition, you will be asked to participate in ad hoc projects and physical inventory audits as needed.

 

            Starting Salary Range:    $30,000-32,000

            Location:                         Lakeville, MA

            Shifts:                              Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm

Requirements: Must be absolutely proficient working with computers and windows based applications Must be proficient with MS Excel and MS Word Must have golf working experience (e.g., pro shop, retail store, repair experience, etc.) Must have a minimum of an associates degree Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, listening Excellent data entry skills and ability to type Strong time-management and planning skills Positive attitude and not afraid to “get your hands dirty� Be able to physically lift products 50 to 75 pounds in weight Be comfortable working in both an office and a warehouse environment Be able to work in a team oriented, fast paced environment Possesses great self-initiative and requires little supervision
