Project Overview:Allyis' client, a major software company based in Redmond, WA, is seeking an experienced, part-time (10 to 25 hours per week), Freelance Production Designer to deliver and own the majority of the graphic production responsibilities for the world’s largest B2B portal site. The Freelance Production Designer will collaborate with the creative director, content managers, and client team to gather design requirements to produce graphic assets. Responsibilities: Produce website graphics in a fast pace environment (including long boxes, logo resizing, right zones, banner ads) both static and animated Provide strong creative and conceptual vision and the ability to execute high quality integrated interactive communications Ability to multi-task between different projects and ability to manage own time and schedule with minimal supervision Working with SilverLight for both interactive prototyping and content graphics may be needed (a plus but not required)Required Skills: Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years work experience with Windows related software products Strong visual design skills, excellent problem solving and great cross-group collaboration skills High level of responsiveness, attention to detail and effective communication skills, both written and verbal Passion for working through challenging interactive design issues with enthusiasm about technology’s impact on the user experience is required Demonstrated ability to work confidently with multiple teams Experience with user interface prototyping in HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Director, and/or SilverLight A minimum of a BA/BS degree in Industrial Design, Interface Design, Interaction Design or equivalent Apply Today:Please forward resume as a Word attachment to careers@allyis.com and reference job ID# 1018-M in the subject line.
