Flex Developer

Job description:

PIER is seeking experienced Flex developers to join its ranks. We are looking for someone with a passion for RIA development and a willingness to work in a highly specialized team of designers, developers, and managers to build cutting edge RIA's for enterprise clients. We are looking for full time onsite staff in our Boston office.

Strong candidates would meet the following requirements:- At least 3 years of Flex or related OO experience- Experience with ActionScript 2 and/or 3- Experience with Flex 2 framework- Experience in UI component development - Experience in application development in Flex Responsibilities include the following:- Develop custom interactive applications both for web and for the desktop using Adobe AIR, Flex, or Flash.- Work closely in an integrated team of Project Managers, Designers, and client staff in order to produce best-in-class applications.- Manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines efficiently and effectively- Communicate within a team to ensure projects hit goals- Help PIER continue to set the standard for Flash, Flex and AIR application development
