Executive Recruiter

JBN Consulting is looking to add an Executive Recruiter who can develop client relationships and source the most qualified candidates available within the industry.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years experience in a sales/business development capacity, and comfortable working in a fast paced and high earnings environment.  Previous success working in a commission driven organization as well as within the staffing industry a plus.

This position requires the ability to effectively communicate utilizing the latest technology in telecommunications, including telephone, desk top computer, internet, e-mail and other written or electronic communication means.  Other functions may included Trade Show participation and travel as needed to interface with Client Companies.
