For more information about VF, please visit our website: www.vfc.com.   There is an immediate opening for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager for Nautica.   Ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:   1. Manage a third-party email platform and partner with them to create, drive, and execute overall email marketing strategy for Nautica ecommerce. 2. Partner with the Content Manager and Copywriter to create a calendar and content for ecommerce emails, ensuring optimum email deliverability and performance. 3. Analyze and report on campaign statistics, including revenue, click-thrus, conversions, etc. 4. Create and lead the planning and development of ongoing communications targeted toward multiple key segments through in-depth customer and industry analysis. 5. Identify new segmentation strategies for email campaigns and personalized content to appear within emails. 6. Partner with the Content Manager to manage the marketing budget. 7.Manage the third-party agency, working with the account team to determine and execute strategy for SEM campaigns (including managing the budget, driving ROAS, tracking existing keywords, testing new keywords and testing promotional copy for each keyword). 8. Work with agency and technology platform on creation of landing pages, the labeling of pages, tagging of images, etc. to support paid search efforts. 9. Manage creative asset materials for affiliate partners; create list of assets needed for partnership on monthly basis, ensure execution with Content Manager, and continually monitor affiliate sites to ensure the proper use of assets. 10. Work with the account team on commission structure for affiliates, determining what affiliates are approved to join our program and targeting sites we should add to our affiliate program. 11. Partner with the Content Manager to ensure all website initiatives are included in paid search campaigns. 12.
