E-Commerce Manager - Marketing

15 years ago, Founder Lisa Price created Carol's Daughter in her kitchen. Today, Carol's Daughter is a highly successful retail and web business of  beauty products all made with natural ingredients and all made with love.

 

Carol's Daughter - Beauty by Nature is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will partner with our marketing team in building brand awareness and customer loyalty through our e-commerce website. The responsibilities will include driving sales by implementing proven techniques to improve organic search results, managing email campaigns, managing paid search campaigns across major search engines, as well as implementing a Customer Shopping Engine program.

 

Qualifications:

  Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in retail e-commerce. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. Thorough understanding of entire e-commerce process from marketing to fulfillment. Operational/Functional understanding of Internet technologies. Strong project management and organizational skills required. Ability to work in a dynamic and deadline driven environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Hands on experience with e-commerce marketing, top tier e-commerce engine MarketLive, and analytics applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong interpersonal skills required.
