E-Commerce Data Operations Specialist

Responsibilities/Job Description:
• Analyze incoming merchant data and ensure the correct placement of merchant offers within the Shopzilla classification tree.
• Assure the quality of data gathered by external programs, and provide feedback to external teams.
• Assist in the process of associating specifications with our catalog entries.
• Participate in a program to systematically measure quality of the team’s work.
• Become an expert on Shopzilla’s methods of data organization, and contribute to the creation of new programs in this area.

Qualifications:
• A commitment to quality, organization, and attention to detail
• The ability to learn quickly
• Strong reasoning, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• An interest in the eCommerce and internet retail industries
• Desire to succeed and the demonstrated work ethic to ensure your success
• Excellent computer skills including a knowledge of common office applications
• College coursework preferred.
